The Sudanese Experience (in Northern Sudan) shows that there is law and there is rule of law(relatively)and sometimes it is weak, but there is no strong awareness among journalists to defend their constitutional and legal rights in Freedom of Information
this what we can we call (third category violations).

In Southern Sudan we witness Gap of Law not a lack in Rule of Law
